Federal Immigration Program: برنامج الهجرة الفيدرالي Skilled Workers are assessed on six selection factors. They should become economically established in Canada Federal Skilled Worker applications received on or before February 27th, 2008 are now assessed for eligibility according to new instructions, issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism. اذا كان لديك سنه خبره على الاقل فى وظيفه من الوظائف التاليه ادناه + اتقان اللغه الانجليزيه واداء امتحان اللغه الانكليزيه IELTS+ -الاليتز في الملحقيه الثقافيه في السفاره البريطانيه في بلدك او في اي بلد قريب منك والحصول على درجه كمعدل 6ونصف فانت مؤهل للهجره الى كندا فى خلال 6-12 شهر رجاء العلم ان الاماكن للهجره محدوده لانه سيهاجر الى كندا سنويا من كل وظيفه 1000 شخص فسارع بحجز ملفك فى الهجره اخى الكريم ان لم تكن قد عملت بوظيفه من الوظائف التاليه فلا تفقد الامل فى الهجره الى كندا لان هناك كثير من البرامج التى تؤهلك للهجره الى كندا مثل برنامجى رجال الاعمال والمستثمرين والذى يتطلب الاتى برنامج هجره المستثمرين يسهل الهجره للاشخاص الذين لديهم: 1. سنتين من الخبره فى مجال اداره الاعمال. 2. ثروه تقدر ب .مليون و600 الف دولار كندى على الاقل والتى حصل عليها بطريقه قانونيه 3. الحصول على معدل 35 نقطه من 100 تحت منظومه الاختيار. 4. ان يكون لائقا صحيا وجنائيا. 5. ان يقوم المستثمر بعمل اتفاقيه مع وزاره الهجره والجنسيه وان يقوم باستثمار مبلغ 800 الف دولار لدى الحكومه وايداع المبلغ لمده 5 سنوات يستلمها بعدها بدون ارباح. او أن يقوم بوضع 180-200 الف دولار لدى شركه من شركات الثقه الماليه(وسيط مالى) ويكون هذا الوسيط معتمد من قبل الحكومه هذا المبلغ غير مسترد. برنامج هجره رجال الأعمال Entrepreneurs

Restaurant and Food Service Managers ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your application will be reviewed in three steps and according to the eligibility requirements, your application is eligible for processing if:
· you have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time continuous employment, AND · your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list, AND · You have had this experience within the last 10 years.
If you meet these minimum requirements, your application will then be processed according to the six selection factors in the skilled worker’s criteria.
Prospective immigrants are generally required to submit the following documents: · Application forms, Civil documents, Children’s information, Travel and Passport documents, Proof of relationship in Canada, Employment information, Language Proficiency, Proof of funds, Police clearance certificates and Government fees

Other Provincial Skilled Worker Immigration Program: برامج الهجرة في المقاطعات الاخرى لكندا غير مقاطعه اونتاريو – تورونتو Most provinces have a direct role in selecting immigrants who wish to settle in their province. Skilled Workers immigrating to one of Canada’s province under the Provincial Nominee Program, must first apply to the province where they wish to settle. Their application will be considered by the province based on their immigration requirements.
The following provinces have their own Provincial Nominee-Program: 1. Alberta 2. Manitoba 5. Yukon 8. Nova Scotia 9. Saskatchewan After you have been nominated by a province, you have to file a separate application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for permanent residence. A CIC officer will assess your application based on Canadian immigration regulations. According to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), skilled work experience means: · Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or · Skill Level A (professional occupations) or · Skill Level B (technical occupations and skilled trades) Your application will be assessed on two requirements if you apply as a temporary foreign worker: · your work experience and · your ability in English or French. If you apply as a graduate of a Canadian post-secondary educational institution with Canadian work experience, it will be assessed using the above requirements, as well as: · your education.
